Completing this form with your son will be very important as it will become part of his Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement (JCPA) under the new Junior Cycle Framework.
The school will record this information and it will be forwarded onto the Department of Education and Skills. The data is protected and will be transferred onto the Department of Education and Skills PPOD system. There will be a hard copy of the JCPA kept on file in the school.
When discussing the Other Areas of Learning with your son it will be very important to understand that only school based activities are recorded. Events and achievements not associated with PBC cannot be included in the JCPA for Presentation Brothers College.
The form must be completed by Monday 11th December and sent to the school by email only to: jct17@pbc-cork.ie
