Application Dates & Process
Closing Date for 2027 Applications is 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 21st of October 2026.
The education offered includes the development of confidence and a healthy self-image. Therefore, skills and competencies necessary for life are prompted and actively encouraged, as are sports, culture and leisure-time activities. As a Catholic school and in the Presentation tradition, religious education has a central place in the life of Presentation College. We are confident that our students will look on their years in the Presentation College as happy and fulfilling and continue the strong tradition of loyalty to the College.

Open Night 2026
We will hold an in person Open Night on the 17th of September 2026, with doors opening at 6pm, when you will have the opportunity to tour the school. Prospective parents/guardians and students will then attend the principal’s address in the theatre, divided into 3 groups at staggered times between 6.15pm and 7.15pm.
Pre-registration for our Open Night is required so that we can send you an invitation for the event, together with your allocated time for the principal’s address, so please fill out the below form.

Admissions Policy
Presentation College (the College) is a Roman Catholic, all-male, fee-paying College. The College aims to provide an education in the spirit of its founders the Presentation Brothers and in accordance with the Charter of its Trustees, the Presentation Brothers School Trust (PBST) and to uphold the ethos of the College. The ethos of the College is determined by PBST and by the distinctive cultural, educational and religious character including the sporting and spiritual traditions of the College.

Edmund Rice Bursary
Welcome to our Edmund Rice bursary programme. This exciting initiative offers you a unique opportunity to study at one of Ireland’s leading post-primary schools, starting September 2027. These bursaries are intended by the donors specifically for those who could not otherwise afford to study at Presentation Brothers College. If your son has the talent, the drive and the initiative to study successfully at ‘PRES’ but are being held back by your personal financial circumstances, one of these scholarships could be for you.
